A magical classical music festival, in a magical castle-village!
The Marvão International Music Festival is a new, classical music festival that seeks to attract world-class classical musicians to perform, one weekend each July, in the beautiful hilltop Portuguese village of Marvão. The first edition will take place from 25-26 July 2014, and will feature a varied programme conducted by famous German conductor Christoph Poppen, and the Lisbon-based Gulbenkian Orchestra.
